How do I cancel a booking?

Email info@easybooking.live with your booking reference number. Cancellations are subject to the property's cancellation policy. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

My check-in was denied. What do I do?

Contact support immediately at info@easybooking.live. Unjustified denial of a confirmed booking is a violation of our partner agreement. Provide your booking reference and details of what happened.

I haven't received my payout as a hotel partner.

Check your Finance dashboard for payout status. Payouts take 3–7 business days after checkout. If delayed beyond this, email info@easybooking.live with your booking reference and bank details.

How do I report a fraudulent booking?

Hotel partners can flag suspicious bookings in the portal. Guests can email support with the booking details. EasyBooking will investigate and take appropriate action.

Can I list a property that's not a hotel?

Yes. EasyBooking accepts Glamps, Resorts, Farmhouses, and Guest Houses in addition to 3-star+ hotels. See the Hotel Partner Getting Started guide for full requirements.

I made a payment but my booking isn't confirmed.

This can happen with bank transfers which take time to process. Email info@easybooking.live with your payment reference and booking details for immediate assistance.

How do I leave a review?

After your stay is complete, you'll receive an invitation to review via email. Only verified stayed guests can submit reviews. See the Review Policy for details.

What is the commission rate for hotel partners?

The standard commission is 15% on confirmed, completed bookings. There are no setup fees. See the Commission & Payout Policy for full details.
