Setting Up Your Property
The onboarding wizard guides you through 8 steps to get your property live on EasyBooking. It takes approximately 15–30 minutes to complete.

Hotel Basic Info
Enter your property name, category (hotel/glamp/resort etc.), description, address, city, and coordinates.
Contact & Policies
Provide contact details, check-in/out times, and your standard cancellation policy.
Photos & Media
Upload high-quality photos of the property and common areas. A featured image is required.
Amenities
Select from 50+ available amenities (WiFi, Parking, Pool, Restaurant, Gym, etc.).
Room Types
Define your room types with bed configuration, capacity, view, bathroom type, meal plan, and pricing.
Services & Add-ons
Add optional services: airport transfers, meal packages, activities, spa, etc. with pricing.
Bank Account
Enter your bank account details for payouts. This is required before you can receive earnings.
Review & Submit
Review all entered information, confirm your agreement to partner terms, and submit for activation.
Room Types
EasyBooking supports 12+ room types. For each room type, you can configure:

Pricing Configuration
Set three pricing tiers for maximum flexibility:
- Regular Rate — Standard nightly price (PKR)
- Weekend Rate — Price for Friday and Saturday nights
- Holiday Rate — Price during peak seasons and public holidays
After Submission
Once you submit the completed onboarding wizard, your listing will be reviewed by the EasyBooking team. Approval is typically instant after setup completion. Your listing status will change to Live on the dashboard.

Editing Your Listing
After going live, you can edit your property details at any time from the Hotel Info section of the portal. Changes to room types and pricing apply immediately to new bookings.
