Payment Methods

EasyBooking supports popular local Pakistani payment methods. All transactions are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).

PKR only

EasyBooking currently processes all payments in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Foreign currency cards are not supported at this time.

Supported Payment Methods

EasyPaisa

Pay directly from your EasyPaisa mobile wallet. EasyPaisa is Pakistan's most widely used mobile wallet, available to Telenor subscribers and beyond.

  • Available to all EasyPaisa account holders
  • Instant debit from your EasyPaisa balance
  • No additional bank account required

SadaPay

SadaPay is a Pakistani digital banking app offering a free debit card and wallet. SadaPay users can pay directly via their wallet balance.

  • Instant payment from SadaPay balance
  • Free to use — no transaction fees for the guest

Bank Transfer

Complete your payment via a direct bank transfer to EasyBooking's designated account. This option is available for guests who prefer traditional banking.

  • Supported by all major Pakistani banks
  • Transfer proof may be required to confirm your booking
  • Processing may take up to 24 hours on business days

Bank Transfer delays

Bank transfers may take longer to confirm than wallet payments. To avoid any delay in booking confirmation, use EasyPaisa or SadaPay where possible.

Payment Security

EasyBooking takes payment security seriously:

  • Payment references are stored securely and used only for booking confirmation
  • We do not store complete card or wallet credentials
  • Payment data is transmitted over encrypted connections
  • Fraud detection systems monitor all transactions

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be credited back via the original payment method. Refund timelines depend on the payment provider:

Failed Payments

If your payment fails, your booking will not be confirmed. Common reasons for payment failure:

  • Insufficient wallet/account balance
  • Network timeout during transaction
  • Incorrect transfer details for bank payment

In case of a failed payment where your account was debited, contact support immediately at info@easybooking.live with your transaction reference.
