Understand how commissions work, when you get paid, and how to use the Finance section of the portal to track your earnings.
Commission Structure
EasyBooking charges a 15% commission on each confirmed, completed booking unless a separate contract specifies otherwise.

Payout Timing
Payouts are processed after guest check-in or checkout:

Finance Dashboard
The Finance section of the portal provides:
- Total Earnings — Cumulative gross revenue across all bookings
- Net Revenue — After 15% commission deduction
- Monthly Breakdown — Revenue and booking count per month
- Payment Tracking — Status of each payout
- Commission Visibility — Exact commission per booking
Reports
Generate financial reports by selecting a date range. Reports include:
- Total bookings and revenue in the period
- Occupancy rate percentage
- Average Daily Rate (ADR)
- Revenue trends over time
- Commission deductions
- Net payout summary
Tax Settings
Configure tax rates applicable to your property from the Tax Settings page:
- Set GST / VAT percentages as required by law
- Taxes are calculated and shown separately in the booking breakdown
- Tax amounts are included in the guest-facing total price
Refund Management
The Refunds section lets you manage refund requests:
- View incoming refund requests from guests
- Approve or reject requests with notes
- Track refund history and payout impact
Refunds approved by the property are processed through EasyBooking and returned to the guest via their original payment method.
Bank Account Setup
Before receiving any payouts, you must add your bank account details during onboarding (Step 7). To update bank details after going live, go to Finance → Bank Account.
Keep bank details current
