Hotel Partner Agreement
This agreement sets out the terms under which hotel and accommodation partners list their properties on easybooking.live. By completing onboarding and going live, partners accept these terms.
Agreement acceptance
1. Partner Obligations
Each listed partner agrees to the following obligations:
Accurate Listings
- Provide truthful, current, and accurate property information
- Use only genuine photos of the actual property
- Keep amenity listings up to date — remove any amenity that is no longer available
- Accurately describe room types, sizes, and configurations
Standards & Quality
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times
- Ensure safety standards for all guest areas
- Provide all booked amenities as listed
- Maintain respectful and professional staff behavior
Booking Management
- Honor all confirmed bookings made through the platform
- Update room availability promptly to prevent double-bookings
- Respond quickly to booking alerts and guest communications
- Notify EasyBooking immediately of any operational issues affecting confirmed bookings
Legal Compliance
- Comply with all applicable Pakistani laws and regulations
- Respect non-discrimination principles within the scope of law
- Ensure lawful guest registration as required by local authorities
- Hold all required business licenses and permits
2. Accepted Property Categories

| Guest Houses | Clean, safe, and professionally managed |
3. Commission
Partners agree to pay EasyBooking a 15% commission on each confirmed, completed booking. See the Commission & Payout Policy for full details.
4. Listing Suspension & Removal
EasyBooking reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove a listing where the partner:
- Violates any provision of this agreement
- Receives sustained negative reviews indicating quality or safety failures
- Denies check-in to confirmed guests without valid reason
- Engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior toward guests
- Fails to pay agreed commissions
5. Intellectual Property
Partners grant EasyBooking a non-exclusive license to display their listing content (photos, descriptions, amenities) on the platform for the purpose of marketing and booking.
6. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan, with Islamabad as the primary business jurisdiction.
