The standard commission rate is 15% of the confirmed booking value. Separately contracted partners may have a different rate specified in their individual agreement.

Commission applies to completed stays only

Commission is charged on confirmed bookings where the guest has completed their stay. Cancelled bookings before check-in are not subject to commission.

Payout Process

After a guest checks in or checks out, EasyBooking initiates your payout:

  1. Booking is marked as Completed in the system
  2. 15% commission is deducted from the booking value
  3. Net amount is scheduled for payout
  4. Funds transferred to your registered bank account within 3–7 business days
  5. Payout record visible in Finance → Payouts

Payout Delays

Standard payouts may be delayed in the following circumstances:

  • Active dispute — A guest or host dispute is under review
  • Fraud check — Transaction flagged for security review
  • Chargeback — Guest has initiated a chargeback with their payment provider
  • Incomplete bank details — Bank account information is missing or incorrect

Payout delays

EasyBooking will notify you via the portal and email if any payout is delayed. Keep your bank details current and check the Finance dashboard regularly.

Force Majeure

EasyBooking is not liable for delays in payouts caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Banking system outages
  • Government restrictions on financial transfers
  • Natural disasters or national emergencies
  • Internet infrastructure failures

Tax on Commission

Partners are responsible for any applicable tax on their earnings as per Pakistani tax law. EasyBooking's commission is exclusive of taxes unless otherwise noted.
