Check-In Guide

Your booking is confirmed — now get ready for check-in. Here's everything you need to know to arrive prepared.

What to Bring

At check-in, guests should present the following:

DocumentDetails
CNIC or PassportValid national identity card (CNIC) or passport for all adult guests
Booking ConfirmationEmail or screenshot showing booking reference, dates, and property name
Payment ProofTransaction receipt if the property requests it (usually for bank transfers)

ID is required at most properties

Properties may deny check-in if valid ID cannot be presented. Pakistani law may also require guest registration at certain property types.

Check-In Process

  1. Arrive at the property on or after the check-in time listed on your booking confirmation. Most properties have a standard check-in time between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
  2. Present your documents — CNIC/Passport and booking confirmation — to the front desk or host.
  3. Complete registration — the property may ask you to fill in a guest registration form as required by local law.
  4. Receive room keys and any relevant property information (WiFi password, breakfast times, parking instructions, etc.).
  5. Enjoy your stay. For any issues during your stay, contact the property directly or reach EasyBooking support.

Early & Late Check-In

Check-in and check-out times are set by each property. If you need an early check-in or late check-out:

  • Add a note in the Special Requests field when booking
  • Contact the property directly before your arrival to confirm availability
  • Early/late access may incur additional charges depending on the property

When Can a Property Deny Check-In?

A property may deny check-in in the following situations:

  • Valid ID is not presented
  • Booking cannot be verified (no confirmation, mismatched details)
  • Occupancy rules are violated (e.g., more guests than booked)
  • Local legal requirements are not met
  • Property-specific admission policies are not satisfied

Couples & admission policy

Guest admission rules for couples depend on each property's own policy and applicable law. EasyBooking does not guarantee admission in all circumstances. See the Guest Admission Policy for details.

No-Show Policy

If you do not check in on the booked arrival date and have not contacted the property or EasyBooking in advance, this is considered a No Show.

  • No refund is issued for no-shows unless approved by the property
  • Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed by support
  • Contact info@easybooking.live immediately if you cannot make your booking

Check-Out

On your departure date, ensure you check out by the property's stated check-out time (typically 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM). Return room keys, settle any outstanding charges directly with the property, and collect all your belongings.

After your stay, you'll be invited to leave a verified guest review. Your honest feedback helps future travelers and supports quality properties on the platform.
