EasyBooking offers flexible cancellation options depending on the booking type chosen and the individual property's policies.
Booking Types
Flexible Bookings
Properties offering a flexiblecancellation policy allow guests to cancel free of charge before the property's specified cutoff time.
- Full refund if cancelled before cutoff
- Cutoff time shown on the booking page before payment
- Cancellations after cutoff may incur partial charges
Standard Bookings
Standard bookings may offer a partial refunddepending on when the cancellation is made and the property's specific policy.
- Partial refund amount and window disclosed at time of booking
- Policy varies by property — review before booking
Non-Refundable Bookings
Non-refundable rates are clearly labeled on the booking page before payment is completed. These bookings offer the lowest price in exchange for no cancellation flexibility.
Non-refundable is final
No Show Policy
If a guest does not check in on the arrival date without prior notice:
- No refund is issued as a general rule
- Property may approve a refund at their discretion
- Exceptional circumstances (medical emergency, natural disaster) may be reviewed by EasyBooking support
Refund Timelines
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Timelines depend on the payment provider:

Processing times
How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
- Contact EasyBooking support at info@easybooking.live with your booking reference number.
- State the reason for cancellation.
- Support will verify your booking and the applicable cancellation policy.
- If a refund is due, it will be processed to your original payment method.
Force Majeure Cancellations
In cases of natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, or other force majeure events, EasyBooking may authorize refunds at its discretion, even for non-refundable bookings. See the Terms & Conditions for force majeure provisions.
