Guest Admission Policy
Guest admission at EasyBooking properties is governed by each property's individual policies and applicable Pakistani law.
EasyBooking does not override property policies
General Admission Requirements
All guests checking in must:
- Present a valid CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) or Passport
- Provide their booking confirmation
- Meet the property's stated occupancy rules
- Comply with any legal registration requirements at the property
When a Property May Deny Check-In
Properties listed on EasyBooking retain the right to deny check-in where:
- Valid ID is not provided — CNIC or Passport cannot be presented
- Booking cannot be verified — confirmation number does not match or details differ
- Occupancy rules are violated — more guests arrive than were booked
- Local legal requirements are not met — applicable laws for guest registration
- Property-specific policies prohibit check-in — see below
Couples Policy
Guest admission rules for unmarried couples depend on each property's own policy and applicable Pakistani law. EasyBooking does not guarantee admission to couples in circumstances where:
- The property's policy restricts admission of unmarried couples
- Local legal requirements are not satisfied
- The required documentation (e.g., Nikah Nama) is not available
Each listing should clearly state its couples admission policy. Guests are responsible for reviewing the property's policy before booking.

Responsibility
EasyBooking is not liable for denied check-ins resulting from:
- The guest's failure to bring required documentation
- Non-compliance with the property's stated policies
- Local law enforcement requirements at the property's location
If you believe check-in was denied unfairly, contact EasyBooking support at info@easybooking.live to file a complaint. Unjustified check-in denial by a partner property may result in listing suspension or removal.
Property Listing Standards
All properties are required to:
- Clearly state their admission and couples policy in the listing
- Apply policies consistently and without discrimination within legal bounds
- Train staff to handle check-in professionally and respectfully
