How to Search & Book
Booking on EasyBooking is a simple 3-step process: search, fill in your details, and pay. Here's a complete walkthrough.
Step 1 — Search for a Property
From the home page, use the Search Bar to enter:
- Destination — type a city or region (e.g., "Hunza", "Murree")
- Check-in / Check-out dates — select your stay dates from the calendar
- Guests — specify the number of adults and children
Hit Searchto see available properties. You'll land on the Hotels Listing page with results matching your criteria.
Using Filters
On the Hotels Listing page, refine results using the sidebar filter panel:

| Sort By | Popular, Price Low–High, Price High–Low, Rating |
On mobile, the filter panel opens as a drawer via the Filter button. Active filters appear as chips at the top — tap the × to remove them.
Step 2 — Select a Property & Room
Click on any hotel card to open the Hotel Detailpage. Here you'll find:
- Full photo gallery
- Property description and amenities
- Available room types with per-night pricing
- Location and check-in/check-out times
- Cancellation policy for each room type
- Verified guest reviews and overall rating
Select your preferred room type and click Book Now to proceed.
Step 3 — Fill In Guest Details
On the booking form, provide:
- First & Last Name
- Email Address — confirmation will be sent here
- Phone Number
- Country / Region
- Special Requests (optional) — dietary needs, early check-in, etc.
The Booking Summary sidebar shows your hotel, dates, room, guest count, price per night, number of nights, taxes, and total. Review it carefully before proceeding.

Step 4 — Payment
On the Payment page, choose your preferred payment method and complete the transaction. Supported options are listed on the Payment Methods page.
Step 5 — Confirmation
After a successful payment, you'll see the Booking Confirmation page with:
- Booking reference number
- Property name, address, and contact
- Your stay dates and room details
- Total amount paid
- Check-in instructions
A confirmation is also sent to your registered email. Save this — you'll need it at check-in.

Modifying or Cancelling a Booking
To modify or cancel a confirmed booking, contact EasyBooking support at info@easybooking.live. Cancellations are subject to the property's cancellation policy shown at the time of booking.
