By using the easybooking.live website or mobile application, users agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
Platform scope
1. User Responsibilities
All users of the EasyBooking platform agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful booking information
- Use only valid and authorized payment methods
- Respect the rules and policies of the hotel or property
- Present valid CNIC or Passport at check-in where required by the property or law
- Avoid unlawful, abusive, threatening, or fraudulent behavior on the platform
2. Platform Rights
EasyBooking reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate user accounts found to be misusing the platform
- Cancel bookings identified as fraudulent
- Remove property listings that violate platform standards
- Deny access to users engaged in abusive behavior
3. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after successful payment or host approval where applicable. An initiated booking without completed payment does not reserve the room.
4. Property Responsibility
EasyBooking acts as a booking intermediary. The following remain the sole responsibility of the property partner:
- Accommodation quality and cleanliness
- Access rules and check-in procedures
- Accuracy of listed amenities
- On-site conduct and safety
- Compliance with local laws and regulations
EasyBooking does not guarantee the quality of any individual property beyond the verification standards applied during listing approval.
5. Prohibited Uses
Users may not use EasyBooking to:
- Make false or misleading booking submissions
- Engage in fraudulent payment activity
- Harass, threaten, or abuse platform staff or property personnel
- Circumvent platform fees or attempt to conduct off-platform transactions
- Scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit platform content without permission
6. Limitation of Liability
EasyBooking is not liable for:
- Actions, omissions, or quality of listed properties
- Losses arising from booking cancellations outside platform control
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Disruptions caused by force majeure events (see Section 11)
7. Changes to Terms
EasyBooking may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan. The primary business city is Islamabad.
